At Vetco Total Care, great care starts with great veterinary teams. Our External Referral Rewards Program rewards non-employees for referring qualified veterinarians and licensed/certified veterinary technicians to our hospitals. Eligible referrals can earn up to $5000 per hire while helping more pets live their best lives.

QUALIFIED REFERRAL CANDIDATES MUST MEET THESE CRITERIA:

Are veterinarians licensed to practice in the U.S. - or -
Are licensed/certified veterinary technicians eligible to work in the U.S.
Are NOT currently a 1099/relief doctor with Vetco Vaccination Clinics/hospital relief.
Are hired by Petco as a direct/W2 employee into one of the following roles:
- Full-time W2 veterinarians ($5000 reward)
- Part-time W2 veterinarians ($2500 reward)
- Full-time licensed/certified vet techs ($1000 reward)
