How it works:
Contest begins October 1, 2023 and ends January 31, 2024. Referrals will be calculated from the start date to the end date of the contest. All HIRED referrals will be added up. The person with the most HIRED referrals will have first choice of prize, second most will be given second choice, third most will be given third choice. In the event of a tie, the breaker will be based on candidate progression.
Rules:
- Partner must complete the Illinois contest specific referral spreadsheet: tinyurl.com/ILreferralcontest
- Candidate must complete application and select “referral” and list referring partner’s name. Email address in application and in spreadsheet must match.
- Candidate must be hired as a W2 employee to any Illinois VTC for a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Candidate must have a signed offer prior to January 31st 2024. (Start date does not need to be prior to 01/31/2024)
